What decides whether a slab lasts in Houston clay is everything under it: compacted base, moisture control, and steel set on chairs where it can do its job. That work disappears the moment concrete covers it. So before it does, we take pictures.

Blue Jay Concrete is founder-run and poured by crews with 16 years in the trade. The company name is new; the hands on the work aren't. Our name is on every pour, an owner is on or reachable for every job, and the standard we publish is the standard we're personally accountable to.

Every job is built to our published spec and photographed at each phase before concrete covers the work: base, steel, pour, finish. The spec is public, the thickness is on your quote, and both are checkable at the forms.
